At the heart of the Sella Ronda, Arabba is the ultimate base camp for tackling the finest passi of the Dolomites — a UNESCO World Heritage landscape, and the Giro d'Italia's favourite playground.

The Passo Pordoi, directly accessible from Arabba, is the pass most often crossed by the Giro d'Italia: each crossing awards the honorary "Cima Coppi" title, in tribute to Fausto Coppi, the greatest climber in the history of Italian cycling.
